About Aaron

Aaron Reynolds spent many years as part of the creative team at Willow Creek Community Church. A writer, director, actor, and producer, Aaron is the author of many well-known scripts, including A Christmas Tale, Word on the Street, The Old Testament Rewind, and Long Story Short. Aaron has traveled around the world helping equip churches to use the creative arts more powerfully and effectively.

Aaron continues to make an impact in the world of arts ministry as a dynamic writer, consultant, and workshop/retreat presenter. As he travels into churches of all sizes and denominations, his passionate and contagious energy inspires and equips artist to bring the Bible to life for congregations and audiences of all ages.

Before being called to full-time ministry, Aaron spent years as a professional actor in Chicago, working with such theatres as the Steppenwolf Theatre and the Lyric Opera of Chicago.

In addition to the productions found on this site, Aaron regularly works with Arts Ministries and Children’s Ministries in churches all over the world, helping them bring creativity and power to their work.
